Remarkable Management
Founded in 2018 by Birche Meese, Spartan Property Management has built a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and personalized service. The name “Spartan” was inspired by the Italian-made Cargo Plane C-27J Spartan, one of only seven in the Army Special Operations Command. This aircraft also holds special significance as the last plane Birche piloted before his retirement.
