In 2018, Birche Meese founded Spartan Property Management to better service his community. The name Spartan originated from an Italian-made Cargo Plane, the C-27J Spartan. Currently, there are seven of these planes in the Army Special Operations Command and one of them was the last plane Birche flew before his retirement.

After being in the Real Estate industry with Meese Property Group since 2018, the need for an active and dedicated management company in the area was dire. Moore County has many properties that are left unoccupied for the winter, or years at a time, in the hands of companies that only evaluate the property once a year. Additionally, the process of selecting tenants can be challenging which can lead to damage and loss. The local property management industry called for a more dedicated and trustworthy option.

After years of business, the company received many positive reviews, our reputation is solidified as the small, involved, full-service team that is Spartan Management. Birche’s team is selective and enforces quality control.  As a client, you can expect quarterly inspections completed at your property.

When renting your home, you can trust that tenants are only approved with a 600 or higher credit score, a clean background and credit check, employment verification, and remitted deposit.
