Birche kicked off his Real Estate career after 21 years of service to the US Army, serving as a fixed-wing and helicopter pilot in the Special Operations community, he appreciated a challenge. From his years of flying he brings to the table a love for systems, processes, and standardization which have laid the foundation of a well-oiled machine here at Spartan.

Always working to find the win-win he believes in developing a team-minded approach to property management, someone wants to have their home taken care of and someone needs a safe place for themselves or their family, no reason it cannot be mutually beneficial and agreeable. 

When not in the office, Birche can be found participating in one of the 3 B’s: boating, backpacking, or barbecuing.
