Morgan Bisanar

A North Carolina native, Morgan brings a diverse background and a deep commitment to service to her role in property management. She earned her degree in Elementary Education from Appalachian State University and built a well-rounded professional background that includes experience in government travel, transportation, and customer service—fields that sharpened her skills in communication, logistics, and problem-solving.

Licensed as a real estate agent since 2019, Morgan quickly became a top-producing agent in the Greensboro, NC area. In 2024, she relocated to Southern Pines to join her husband, who retired from the U.S. Army, and transitioned her expertise into the property management field.

She leverages her strengths in project management, customer service, and keen attention to detail to provide exceptional care and support to both property owners and tenants. Her proactive approach and dedication to excellence ensure smooth operations and positive experiences across the board.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys traveling, both internationally and domestically, and cooking. She and her husband are currently on a mission to visit every national park in the United States
